The Argentine Embassy to the Kingdom of Sweden is pleased to inform you that the Argentine Government declares 2021 as the year of tribute to the Nobel Prize in Medicine Dr. César Milstein, thus recognizing the undeniable role of scientific research as a tool to overcome the pandemic and as a means to achieve recovery, socioeconomic development, job creation and equal opportunities.

Dr. Milstein was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1984 from his Majesty Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden. The image of this historical fact presides our Embassy in Stockholm, along with the rest of the compatriots who have been awarded this distinction.
