Ambassador María Clara Biglieri received a visit from the Swiss Ambassador in Stockholm, François Voeffray-Peyro, with whom they discussed their respective work agendas as well as his upcoming appointment as the new General Director for the Americas at the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Argentina and the Swiss Confederation have 190 years of diplomatic relations and bilateral cooperation in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, research and education.

The two countries are closely linked culturally as Argentina is home to the largest Swiss community in Latin America.

We wish Ambassador Voeffray-Peyro much success and hope to continue promoting cooperation between both nations.
