192 years after the creation of the political and military Command headed by Luis Vernet, Argentina ratifies its legitimate and imprescriptible sovereignty rights over the Malvinas, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands and the surrounding maritime spaces.

The recovery of the full exercise of our sovereignty over the island territories and surrounding maritime spaces illegitimately occupied by the United Kingdom, constitutes a permanent and inalienable State policy, as established by the National Constitution.
