Like every year, between March and May and between September and December, orca whales intentionally strand along the seashore to hunt baby elephants and sea lions. A spectacle that can only be witnessed on the coasts of Chubut, in Argentine Patagonia.
The phenomenon, unique in the world, occurs in the vicinity of Peninsula Valdés, a reserve of biodiversity and natural life declared a World Heritage Site in 1999 by UNESCO.
